Texas Grill Master

We are two “full-blooded restaurateurs” who, after 25 years of restaurant experience, really wanted to do something completely new. We want to bring our passion for American cuisine closer to the Swabians.

To do this, we left our beloved California and followed our pitmasters 2,000 km east to TEXAS. After all, that’s where the best smokers and grill masters are. Our smoker comes from Pitmaker in Houston and was made there with a lot of expertise and love. Our trailer also comes from Texas.

It was very important to us that our smoker was outside so that our guests could watch their first-class piece of meat being cooked.
